1964 Plymouth Valiant Station Wagon

This car was purchased for $500 in 1999. It was originally intended to be a beater to teach my wife how to drive. Shortly after we bought it, she decided it was "too ugly" for her to drive, and I decided it was "too cool" to get rid of. I used it as my daily driver until I blew the radiator in 2001. It has been sitting ever since, but I finally am getting some free time, so I'm going to tear into it and start fixing it up. It has a 225 Slant Six and a pushbutton automatic. The 1964-66 Valiant Wagon is on Car Craft's list of "The 10 Best Wagons of All Time."

I don't know how I got so lucky with the colors, but both the Barracuda and Valiant have really cool factory paint so I'm sticking with the stock colors. On the Valiant, I'm going to keep the Slant 6 and Push Button automatic. Intake will be a custom dual Weber setup I got from Proline Fuel (since gone out of business) and exhaust will be through a set of Dutra Duals.
